Sedinte Yoga Personalizate
Durata: 1 si 1/2 ora
La terminarea celor 12 sedinte vei stapani elementele de baza din Yoga si vei putea practica singur, in intimitatea casei tale, stabilindu-ti o
rutina adaptata nevoilor tale.


Consiliere nutritie Ayurveda

In cadrul sedintelor de Yoga personalizate se va discuta despre alimentatia ta actuala, precum si despre modalitati de a urma o dieta benefica constitutiei si scopurilor tale, dieta ce respecta principiile medicinii traditionale indiene,
Ayurveda.


Meditatie
Daca esti interesat de o practica consecventa de meditatie, poti solicita indrumare in aceasta directie. Meditatia - Dyana - ocupa un loc important in Yoga, si exista tehnici specifice care faciliteaza deprinderea ei.
Cost sedinta meditatie: 30 ron/ sedinta
Durata: 30 minute

Tehnici Relaxare
Relaxarea este parte integranta din Yoga
si in cadrul orelor de Yoga personalizate ocupa un loc central. Daca ai dificultati in a te relaxa si doresti sa dobandesti abilitatea de a te relaxa
mai usor si mai profund, poti mentiona acest lucru in cadrul sedintelor de Yoga, si voi insista asupra acestui aspect.

CE ESTE YOGA
Yoga – uniunea dintre constiinta individuala si constiinta universala.
Pentru a simplifica si clarifica invataturile Yoga, Swami Sivananda a sintetizat intelepciunea acestora in 5 principii fundamentale:

1.     Exercitii corecte – Asanas
2.     Respiratie corecta – Pranayama
3.     Relaxare corecta – Savasana
4.     Dieta corecta – Vegetariana integrala
5.     Gandire pozitiva – Meditatie (Dyana) 

Pentru a intelege Yoga,  este bine ca pentru inceput  sa se cunoasca cele 4 cai ale sale:

1.     Jnana Yoga – a intelepciunii sau cunoasterii (dezvolta intelectul superior)

2.     Raja Yoga – a mintii si auto-controlului (o ramura a sa este Hatha Yoga)

3.     Bhakti Yoga – a devotamentului religios ( deschide inima)

4.     Karma Yoga – a actiunii dezinteresate ( dizolva ego-ul)

Meritul lui Swami Sivananda, fondatorul organizatiei cu acelasi nume, este acela de a fi integrat cele 4 cai Yoga intr-o practica spirituala echilibrata, accesibila oricarui aspiranat.

WHAT IS YOGA

Yoga means union of the mind, body and spirit with the Divine and while this refers to a certain state of conciousness both individual and Universal, it is also a method to help one reach that goal.

We teach a traditional, exact and easy-to-learn system that aims at naturally achieving the goal through creating a healthy body and mind that leads to spiritual evolvement.

Based in the teachings of Swami Sivananda, Swami Vishnudevananda summarized the yoga philosophy in 5 principles or the Five Points of Yoga which make the complex teachings of yoga easier to understand:

FIVE POINTS OF YOGA
  1. Proper Exercise (Asanas) - Yoga poses help develop a strong, healthy body by enhancing flexibility and improving circulation.
  2. Proper Breathing (Pranayama) - Deep, conscious breathing reduces stress and many diseases.
  3. Proper Relaxation - Helps keep the body from going into overload mode, easing worry and fatigue.
  4. Proper Diet - Eating simple, healthy and vegetarian foods that are easy to digest notably have a positive effect on the mind and body, as well as the environment and other living beings.
  5. Positive Thinking (Vedanta) and Meditation (Dhyana) - These are the true keys to achieving peace of mind and eliminating negativity in our lives.
